I am a UX Designer with a background in education. I am open to freelance projects, and am happy to hear about some of the challenges you face and goals you want to achieve.
After over a decade of working as a string orchestra teacher in NYC public schools, both in Brooklyn and Queens, I moved to LA with my family to work as a designer. I currently work at Frequency, a trailblazing linear streaming platform. Previously, I also worked for Cue Health, a leading innovator in home-based healthcare management, the agency Saatchi & Saatchi on Toyota’s Owners site, and the in-house team at Kaiser Permanente.
When I am not working, I am usually listening to music - preferably on vinyl. I have a record collection of 2,000 albums, as well as some good ones for sale (which you can check out my Discogs Profile). But I also love to pursue my other passion as a writer. I have written several articles, essays, and short fiction, a selection of which you can find in the writing section of the website. Aside from music and writing, I love baseball. I am a Yankees fan, but am also involved with my son’s little league. I was also a runner - I completed seven marathons and over two dozen half-marathons.
